what they do? >> NGOs exist for a myriad of purposes, typically to further instances of its socio-political States, often neglected by governments. Some examples are: the improvement of the environment, promoting human rights observation , increased prosperity for the less affluent segments of the population, or to represent the corporate agenda, but there are many organizations and their goals cover a wide range of political and philosophical positions. Typically part of the environmental movement , pacifist , or indigenous peoples , and are not formally affiliated with any political party or point of view that are not human rights or peace or 'ecology or tolerance .

Mercy Corps, www.mercycorps.org , a major American NGOs, is intervening in Haiti to the earthquake in January of this 'year. After the immediate relief, is currently engaged in reconstruction, in which the company has a wide and long experience.

As team member for economic recovery, we will develop programs in the areas of mobile banking, support for Small and Medium Enterprises, cash planning, insurance and micro-management of the partnership with the private sector (mobile operators, banks, microfinance institutions, etc..) and other NGOs.
